The worst registrar that I even seen. They have no customer service at all. If anything went wrong you have to wait for 10 days. I transferred a domain and then they couldn't update DNS records as a result I lost access of my website and email service.

I called their telephone number 100times but there was no one, I also sent fax and similarly fax was failed because the fax is not in service.

I will never use this service provider in my life again.

Shady marketplaxe place practices. First they over use credit card holds. The other problem is a ridiculously long 4 MONTH lock preventing moving or reselling thr domain. Will NEVER do business with them!

Blocked all my domains without a cause. I cannot even transfer my domains out. I have sent customer support over 35 email. ZERO RESPONSE. I WILL TAKE THIS MATTER TO THE COURT. My lawyer is already working on it. PLEASE DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS TRASH!

Started moving my coms over and emailed them about setting additional mailservers; zero reply, zero response a big black hole after several prompts. Moving on to a registrar that can or will at least acknowledge a customer inquiry.

Their payment processor can't work with my credit card. I use my credit card almost everywhere online and pretty much in every country. Everything OK with my credit cad for all major registrar so far.

I found a good domain and tried to register it via sav.com but they couldn't process my payment multiple times. I immediately connected to support but they couldn't help quick. After all someone else registered tat domain with another registrar. There is no problem according to my Bank so their payment system is the one I should blame.

It was a good lesson for me to never use sav.com again in my entire life. Will they able to get domain for me now? No. Then they have lost me forever. I lost a great deal because of their payment system. I will never use them if they give me millions of dollars. Just a waste of time and resources. I hope they bankrupt soon.

I don't recommend anyone to use this website. Don't a deal like me. Stay away from sav.com period. They are nor worth it at all. TL;DR: Do not use them. Their payment processor do not work and someone else may register the domain before you even get a support.

Payment error occurred with a crappy system. It was automatically refunded after six hours, but in the meantime I had to wait and see.

A domain management tool that is called beta, but is too suck.

You need change your domain IP with email ([email protected]) and you accept answer after 2-3 day

The Price is The Cheapest for many TLD. BUT the DNS System can make you stress, with the delay and error from DNS setup. And the support very blunder, the repair not done as you expected. They should be the strong competitor for PORKBUN, but definetly its still far far far away if they running services this kind of way.

I was the first bidder at $300, but Sav said that I bid later and the person won the auction at $300 at 10:59 AM. I don't understand where they got that data from, as their website shows that I was the earliest bidder. I genuinely placed a bid of $300 first, and unbelievable that a company engages in such deceptive business practices. It's really disappointing

Their customer service is garbage. Avoid them unless you want a nightmare.

I tried to buy a domain name at Sav. But it showed failed. Then someone bought that domain from another registrar. I lost the domain. I think someone inside Sav leak out valuable domain information of customers.

Average to Bad service level, very understaffed and don't seem to be interested in helping.

Purchased a domain several days ago. They took my money in an instant but I have been working for days to get the domain transferred to my own hosting provider and can't get it done nor anybody at Sav.com to help despite multiple calls, messages and several emails.

If negative stars was possible that's what I would give. Where to start, upon transfer in my main server domain, they froze it saying I didn't update whois.. there was NEVER ANY EMAIL requesting this.. when confronting this, they claimed that they was sent TWO DAYS BEFORE TRANSFER REQUEST?? Howv is that possible?? I demanded auth codes for all domains to transfer away .. Never given. Haven't had time to deal with it, few weeks later need to update hosts IP addresses as I'm moving to new server.... Won't update, attempt to transfer out, auth code provided in the account is invalid!! Submit several support tickets, no confirmation email that they are received... Send email to support email for sav... Ticket created but auto reply says they don't accept email tickets and it will be deleted. No phone number, no chat... Customer support non existent. Ridiculous! I'll be filing a complaint with ICANN... In the meantime, I'm screwed with my server transfer because DNS won't update.

This is not a registrar, but a gang of scammers. They steal your domains and resell them at auction. They take advantage of the fact that you, as a user, have virtually no protection in this matter and make money from gullible people. Look at the other comments below and you will understand that stealing domains is their main business. I contacted US law enforcement agencies demanding that these thieves be brought to justice.

Believe the negative reviews! We transferred in a .com domain to try out this service before transferring any more domains. We set up autorenewal with two credit cards on 1/17/21. This year, we received notice that the domain was about to expire, and we needed to renew. Our account showed that autorenewal was in place. Repeated attempts to reach support was futile. 1/17/22 was supposed to be the renewal date, but on 1/6/22, the SAV system showed our domain as "expired grace renewal period." If there really are any human beings at SAV.com, they either are totally incompetent, or they are crooks. Google Maps shows their address as "Lips Drag Queen Show Palace, Restaurant & Bar."

They just simply stole domains from my account and listed them on their marketplace. As everybody else written here - there is no customer support - they just send rude emails that they don't care, no chat, phone doesn't work.

lol, don't expect any customer service at all. You get what you pay for. I'm moving all my domain name's back to my old registrar..

I lost lot of money and lost lot of domains BOTH.. yes BOTH! due to SAV.COM failure on duty of care towards its customers!!

SAV.COM has a very stupid way of requesting a refund on recently purchased domain … customers need to press “Delete” domain button … yes “DELETE” .. if I qualify for a refund then great.. if not… that where the problem is… if I don’t qualify for a refund then I loose BOTH my money and the domain.. yes.. domain will be GONE and they happy keep the money too!!!... what great way to care about its customers !!!

First, I find a domain which would be great, go to register it, cheap price, seems too good to be true. I then get an error saying an 'Unsuccessful purchase', I try again, same error. A buddy tries it, they get an error too.

This company is an absolute disgrace. They should not be registered with ICANN. They are completely incompetent and useless.

1. My domain lapsed by 1 day.

2. They forced me to join an auction extortion to rebid on my domain to get it back.

3. I did that and won the Auction.

4. They then tried to charge the wrong credit card and threatened that I will lose the domain.

5. I went to change the credit card on their system. The system did not let me change it, but it said it was successful on screen but in reality it did not save.

6. I contact support again and they said it is because I had that card on another sav account.

7. I logged into that sav account to remove the card. It said I cannot do this. It said I need to contact support to get it removed.

8. I contacted support to get it removed

Do not use this pathetic useless company. They are incompetent, useless and incapable of performing basic registry services. They are in breach of the ICANN Registrar Agreement and an application will be made to remove them from the Registry.

They engage in extortion and have zero customer service or loyalty to their customers. This is probably the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with in my 23 years of buying and Registering domains.

Unresponsive support. Unable to modify DNS or fill in the empty domain contact form fields. Buttons inside the domain management interface are just SCAM BUTTONS that do not work. Fraudulent company attracting new customers via cheapest prices via TLD-List. What a Waste of time and money! Shame on you TLD-List.com for misleading customers by including Sav.com on your list.

I was unable to purchase any domains because it saids unsuccessful payment. Tried to contact customer service but got no response at all.

Scammers. Read the fine print very carefully. They strong arm you into using their registrar services after you buy a domain from them. They won't release it for 60 days, although they don't clearly state that at purchase. Will not use again.

Scam on renewing domain process. They just put it your domain on their auction, skipping redemption period.

Child DNS/glue record do not work. Their interface says it works, child NS is created but it is not.

Had to use third party nameservers to get domains to work.

Support just says they are investigating

After the 2-Step verification service, your GSM number does not receive a code. When you want to open a support ticket to solve the situation, you go back to the beginning. Because you cannot login to the system. When you call and ask for support, the phone does not work. Fax service is not working. When you want to connect by e-mail from a valid e-mail address, you receive an e-mail saying, "Open a ticket with an automatic message. In short, if you have a domain name here, it is highly likely that you will miss it. Maybe a closed company with no support. It's illogical.

Impossible to setup and use their DNS. You always get an error. Very bad

I transferred my domain 13 year old vivahmantra.com to them and the is missing, when contacted saying that i listed in marketplace for 1 dollar after renewing it for 8.99 dollars, its a premium domain which was listed for 1000 dollars on sedo, like this he is taking control of. Beware of domain registrar, do not register or transfer the domains to them, if you already have domains there immediately transfer out the domains

You can't buy anything if your email has a period in it.. Like what kind of garbage system is that?

Worked out for us so far. Smooth handling. Yes, it´s a cheap provider but if you know what you are doing you can save and do your thing straight. Thanks guys.

Good for backorder service and buying .com. I have used them for some time now for acquiring domains, which I usually move to other services later.

I had to use their customer service once and they were helpful.

When I first used them they didn't support PayPal, and my credit card was rejected (I don't know why) but now they have PayPal available. Domains at the cheapest prices with good quality!

It may take up to 2 working days for the customer service department to reply to your message via email. Even so, they always solve my problems :)

good customer support for simple issues. if you are new to domains it may not be for you . also do not EVER use the auction feature. you can get your domain stuck and it does not warn you when you put it in as much as the system should. that was the only bad experience with them but they fixed the issue within 1-2 days. other than that pretty simple registrar

Sav is a really good register if you're looking for cheap. I mentioned in a review on another site that their site was slow, and then responded fast and told me to email them, i did and they ended up dedicating more resources to their main site server, which sped it up a lot. They have a nice support staff. I highly recommend.

At the beginning the provider was a bit unrefined, but now I have no problems with the service, payment or support. They have improved!

First time using and no issues easy site to use and decent pricing i have not had any issues contacting anyone and so far all seems good and will use again at this rate.

I moved my domain to them. It was simple process. Cheap domains. No issues with DNS. Even their support helped if there was any issue. I’m not sure how come there are so many negative comments about them.
